How do I buy event tickets?

  1. You must be 16 to purchase tickets. Those 15 and under can attend event with parent or guardian. You can buy on-line at www.gobidpro.com/STARadio, call 217-224-4102, or visit STARadio business offices at 329 Maine in Quincy, IL 9am-4pm Monday thru Friday.
** If you haven't done so already, you'll need to register for an account before you can buy with us on-line. If you register for an account and do not receive an activation email, check your spam filter, we sometimes get caught there. If you experience any technical problems, please email teresa@gobidpro.com. Please note your email WILL NOT be sold or given to any outside sources.

How do I Buy tickets right now?

Buy early to be sure you get tickets before they are gone.

  1. Once you are registered and have confirmed your account, you can click on the ticket you wish to buy.
  2. Choose the number of tickets you want, then click on Buy Item + to purchase.
  3. By clicking on "Confirm Purchase," you are agreeing to purchase these tickets.
  4. The tickets will be moved to your Unpaid items folder.
  5. You will need to pay for the tickets on-line through PayPal with a credit card or in person at the STARadio business office no later than 3 business days from the date of purchase or prior to 4pm on May 13, 2011, whichever is earlier.
** If the item is not paid within this time frame, we reserve the right to sell the tickets to another customer.

What if I don't want to use my credit card?

You can pay with cash or check by coming to STARadio business offices at 329 Maine, Quincy, IL between 9am and 4pm, Monday through Friday. Please note that tickets paid for with a personal check will be held at the front door on the day of the show starting at 7:30pm. No checks numbered under 300 will be accepted.

What happens after I pay for an item?

If you use your credit card to pay:

  1. We will mail them to your address on file. After May 10th, 2011, we will hold all tickets purchased for distribution at our offices before Friday, 5/13, or at the front door on the day of the show. If you plan to pick up your tickets at our business office during regular business hours, please send an email immediately following your confirmation of purchase to: teresa@gobidpro.com. Please bring a valid ID and credit card used to purchase the tickets.

What is Paypal?

PayPal is an account-based system that allows anyone with an email address to securely send and receive online payments. PayPal makes sending money as easy as sending email. Members can instantly send money to anyone with an email address. Recipients are notified by email that they have received a payment. PayPal is designed from the ground up to be one of the safest ways to send money online. Unlike other financial institutions, our payments are sent without sharing financial information. In fact, PayPal never shares your financial information with or sells it to merchants.

How do I track the ticket purchases that I've made?

You can track all of your activity in My Account area. It will show you tickets you still need to pay for and tickets you've purchased.
